Welcome to our daily excursion to the world's strongest tidal current, Saltstraumen.
Every day, year-round, you can experience the world's strongest tidal current at Saltstraumen with Polar Tours. Departures occur daily at 12:45 PM from Bodø Tourist Information on Dronningens Gate, in the center of Bodø.
The tour begins with an introduction to Bodø as we drive out of the city toward the idyllic Saltstraumen. Here, we will witness the world's strongest tidal current. The tour lasts approximately 2.5 hours.
