Half day excursion from Sandnessjøen.
Visit the Petter Dass Museum in Alstahaug, which is telling the story of the parson poet Petter Dass, and his important role in Norway`s cultural history. Enjoy a guided tour and get information about
the life of one of the most influential poems of his time, living from 1689 until his death,
at Alstahaug.
After the visit of the museum and the church, we will continue to the Viking chief seat Torolvstein in Sandnes.We will visit the longhouse where we get a guided tour with stories about the Viking time at
Alstenøya and get served real Viking food and walk around in traditional clothes of the old times.
After our Viking experiences we return back to our startpoint in Sandnessjøen.
